What our Agents receive

Base Pay plus Commission and Bonus structure for 2 years (Tiered scale). After 2 years, the Agent is a 1099 Contractor and no longer receives a base pay. However, the Agents commission is significantly increased. By the end of the 2 year period, the Agent should have a book of business built and will be receiving renewals as well.

Leads - paid for by Colorado Insurance. “Leads” are a list of prospects the agent can call to obtain new business. If they ask you what kind of leads they are, tell them that you don’t have that information, but in their second interview, they can ask the Territory Manager for that information)

New Business Commission and Renewals - The Agent will receive an upfront commission on any new policy they write. They also receive residual income known as “Renewal Commissions”. A renewal commission is a commission paid for a specific number of years after the first policy year.
